As of Register 151 (October 1999), the provisions of former 4 AAC 39.110 - 4 AAC 39.190 were relocated by the regulations attorney under AS 44.62.125(b)(6) to 8 AAC 99.110 - 8 AAC 99.190 in accordance with ch. 58, SLA 1999.
