A goal of the state public school system is to provide a working knowledge of

English/language arts;
(2)
mathematics;
(3) science;
(4) geography;
(5) history;
(6) skills for a healthy life;
(7) government and citizenship;
(8) arts;
(9) computer science arid digital technology;
(10) world languages;
(11) library and information literacy;
and
(12) cultural
standards
