The victims' advocate may disclose information regarding a victim or complainant's case to the Alaska Bar Association, the bar association, or licensing or disciplinary entity of another state or jurisdiction in response to a complaint or inquiry about the victims' advocate or any member of the staff of the office of victims' rights, if the Alaska Bar Association, the bar association, or licensing or disciplinary entity of another state or jurisdiction is required by law to maintain such information confidential.
