22 AAC 05.030 - Fingerprints upon initial admission

The commissioner will, in his or her discretion, require a person initially admitted to a facility on criminal charges to be fingerprinted as soon as practical; however, those persons under the age of majority, as defined in AS 47.10.010, will not be fingerprinted except by court order.
