20 AAC 30.400 - Application process

An individual applying for a master artist and apprentice grant must

(1) complete a master artist and apprentice grant application provided by the council in the guidelines and application form, adopted by reference in 20 AAC 30.983(5), for a master artist and apprentice grant in traditional Native arts; and

(2) submit the following items, so that each is received or postmarked not later than the deadline established in the guidelines and application form described in (1) of this section:

(A) the completed application;

(B) the lesson plan and budget list required by the guidelines and application form;

(C) any supporting materials required by the guidelines and application form.

Effective 7/1/2011, Register 198, the Alaska State Council on the Arts readopted 20 AAC 30.400 to affirm the validity of that section after statutory amendments made in ch. 30, SLA 2010. Chapter 30, SLA 2010 made explicit the council's authority to adopt regulations consistent with AS 44.27.052(a)(6).
