20 AAC 05.250 - Application fee

(a) The application fee for an entry permit is $100. This fee is nonrefundable and must be paid at the time an application is submitted.

(b) Instead of the $100 application fee required under (a) of this section, an applicant may pay a fee of $50 if the applicant meets the eligibility standards for the federal food stamp program as described 16.43.160(d).
