The regulations in this chapter, which were repealed effective 8/1/2004, Register 171, have been replaced by regulations in 7 AAC 74, which were adopted simultaneously with the repeal of this chapter to implement Executive Order 108, which transferred functions from the Department of Administration to the Department of Health and Social Services.
