As of Register 151 (October 1999), the regulations attorney deleted 19 AAC 69 as obsolete, for the statute for those programs were repealed by sec. 140, ch. 4, FSSLA 1992. Similar programs are presently administered by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation.
