Article 2 - Requirements for an Operator of a Small, Untreated or Small, Treated Water System
18 AAC 74.400 - Applicability

The requirements of 18 AAC 74.410 - 18 AAC 74.440 apply to a
(1) community or non-transient non-community water system that
(A) has fewer
than 100 service connections;
(B)
is used or intended for use by fewer than 500 individuals per day;
and
(C) has been classified as a
small, untreated or small, treated water system under 18 AAC 74.405;
(2) community or non-transient non-community water system that
(A) has fewer
than 15 service connections;
(B) is
used or intended for use by 500 or more individuals per day; and
(C) has been classified as a small, untreated
or small, treated water system under 18 AAC 74.405; and
(3) transient non-community water system that
(A) uses a surface water source or a
groundwater under the direct influence of surface water source; and
(B) has been classified as a small, treated
water system under 18 AAC 74.405.
