18 AAC 72.945 - Inspection fee

The owner or operator shall pay to the department a fee of $43 per hour for an inspection under this chapter if the department performs that inspection
(1) in response to
(A) a notice reported under
18 AAC 72.940; or
(B) a complaint of noncompliance with a
condition of a permit issued under this chapter and the noncompliance threatens
public health or the environment;
(2) as required in a condition to a permit issued under this chapter; or
(3) for the purposes of AS 46.03.020(6).
