To the extent provided in AS 44.62.330(a), AS 46.03.880, AS 46.04.890, and AS 46.14.200, the adjudicatory hearing procedures in this chapter supersede the adjudicatory hearing procedures contained in AS 44.62.330-44.62.630 (Administrative Procedure Act).
