17 AAC 70.030 - Scheduling

Seasonal schedules covering all ports of operation are issued in published form and are available at all ferry terminals, ferry offices, travel agencies and other public places. Vessel schedules are subject to regular review and alteration, as required by traffic demand and other considerations. Public hearings may be held in areas directly affected by the scheduling at the discretion of the commissioner when such hearings would be in the best interest of the public and/or the ferry system.
