(a) A TODS may not be placed at the following junctions:
(1)
Sterling Highway at Kenai Spur;
(2)
Sterling Highway at Seward Highway;
(3) Parks Highway at Glenn Highway;
(4) Parks Highway at Palmer-Wasilla
Highway;
(5) Parks Highway at
Seward Meridian;
(6) Glenn Highway
at Palmer-Wasilla Highway;
(7)
Glenn Highway at Richardson Highway;
(8) Richardson Highway at Tok Cutoff
Highway;
(9) Richardson Highway at
Alaska Highway;
(10) Alaska Highway
at Tok Cutoff Highway.
(b) A TODS may not be placed
(1) on a freeway or an expressway;
(2) on an on-ramp or off-ramp of a freeway or
expressway; or
(3) at a location
where the majority of the traffic exits the highway at the driveway or
intersecting road.
