17 AAC 42.810 - Application for a first amendment activity permit

(a) A person must apply for and obtain a first amendment activity permit before conducting any first amendment activity at an airport. An applicant for a first amendment activity permit shall file a completed application on an airport form. The applicant must submit the form to the airport manager by mail or by delivery during normal airport business hours.

(c) A person may receive more than one first amendment activity permit for the same or a related purpose in a calendar year so long as the cumulative period of the activity authorized under those permits does not exceed 60 days, unless no competing, applications exist. For purposes of this subsection, a permit issued for a first amendment activity is considered received by the individual who signed the permit application and any person sponsoring, promoting, or conducting the proposed activity, as well as the applicant.
