(a) A permittee or a person on a wait list shall promptly report to the airport manager any change in the information contained in the permit or on a request for placement on a switch list or wait list.
(b) A permittee or a person on a wait list shall maintain a current mailing address on file with the airport manager at all times. The manager shall mail or deliver any notice regarding a permit, switch list, or wait list to the mailing address most recently provided by the person on file with the manager.
