17 AAC 42.345 - Rejection of all bids; auctions

At any time before or after announcing the highest bid and bidder at an auction, the airport manager shall reject all auction bids if the manager determines that rejection is in the best interest of the state. Within ten days after rejecting all bids under this section, the manager shall state the reasons for that decision in writing and mail or deliver a copy of that writing to all bidders.
