17 AAC 42.200 - Lease, permit, concession, or other interest for use of airport property

(a) Except as otherwise provided in (b) and (c) of this section, 17 AAC 42.200 - 17 AAC 42.297 apply to a lease, permit, concession, or other interest for use of airport property.
(b) The provisions of 17 AAC 42.200 - 17 AAC 42.297 do not apply to
(1) a commercial passenger vehicle permit
under 17 AAC 42.095;
(2) a vehicle rental business permit under
17 AAC 42.100;
(3) a business activity permit under
17 AAC 42.105;
(4) a tiedown permit under
17 AAC 42.500 -
17 AAC 42.599 or
17 AAC 42.600 -
17 AAC 42.699;
(5) a transient aircraft parking permit under
17 AAC 42.035; or
(6) a first amendment activity permit under
17 AAC 42.800 -
17 AAC 42.840.
(c) The provisions of 17 AAC 42.205 - 17 AAC 42.210, 17 AAC 42.225 - 17 AAC 42.245, and 17 AAC 42.285 - 17 AAC 42.297 do not apply to an agreement entered into under 17 AAC 42.040, except as may be otherwise provided in such an agreement.
