(a) This section applies to parking of vehicles on an airport in an area other than a restricted area or on a premises.
(b) The airport manager shall designate vehicle parking areas and loading zones. A person may park a vehicle on an airport only in a designated parking area and shall pay any applicable parking fee established for the area under 17 AAC 42.125.
