It shall be unlawful to place, erect, or maintain any outdoor advertising sign within the right-of-way of any highway or highway lands, nor shall any permit be issued for the placement or erection of the sign.

Effective July 20, 1997, 17 AAC 20.010 was annulled by sec. 7, ch. 10, SLA 1997.
