15 AAC 23.193 - Payment of dividends to individuals identified as non-compliant sex offenders

(a) On or before September 25 of each year, the department will mail, to the address provided on the dividend application, a written notice to applicants whose dividend payment will be delayed under AS 43.23.021(a).

(b) The department will not pay a dividend to an applicant that has been sent a written notice under (a) of this section, unless the applicant provides the department with an original, signed letter from Department of Public Safety verifying that the applicant has registered and is in compliance with the verification and notices required under AS 12.63. The letter from the Department of Public Safety must be dated after the date of the written notice under (a) of this section and must be received by the department within one year after the date of the written notice under (a) of this section.
