15 AAC 154.830 - Sovereign immunity

If the grantee is an entity which possesses sovereign immunity, the grantee must agree as a condition of receiving a Corporation grant that the grantee irrevocably waives its sovereign immunity with respect to Corporation enforcement of the grant agreement. The waiver of sovereign immunity must be effected by a resolution of the entity's governing body.
