In a grant program for which a federal or state law or regulation requires confidentiality, the grantee will establish procedures for preserving that confidentiality before the Corporation awards the grant. The Corporation will include the procedures as part of the terms of the grant.
As of Register 218 (July 2016), the regulations attorney made a technical revision under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), to 15 AAC 154.760.
