15 AAC 154.710 - Grantee administrative policies

(a) A grantee shall have written policies relating to employee salaries and overtime, employee leave, use of consultants and consultant fees, training, conflict of interest and such other matters as the grantee determines or as the Corporation directs. The grantee shall apply these policies consistently in the administration of the grant project without regard to the source of the money used for the purposes to which the policies relate. The Corporation may review the policies to assure compliance with applicable program requirements.

(b) A grantee which is a nonprofit corporation must establish and adhere to a written policy stating that an employee of the grantee may not be a member of the grantee's governing board.
