Article 5 - Homeless Assistance Grants
15 AAC 154.410 - Applications

Current through February 27, 2024

An application for a homeless assistance program grant must include:

(1) documentation of need for the project proposed;

(2) a description of the applicant's experience in providing the proposed services;

(3) a narrative plan describing the services the applicant intends to provide, including time lines for completion of the grant;

(4) a proposed budget including a statement identifying all other funding sources by amount, source and anticipated commitment date;

(5) a resolution of the applicant's governing body authorizing the application, or if the applicant is a municipality, the signature of a municipal official with authority to apply for the grant; and

(6) a description and supporting evidence of coordination with local governments or other local service providers.
