15 AAC 151.235 - Duty in United States Military, Air Force, Coast Guard, or Naval Academy

A person is a qualified veteran for purposes of the veterans' mortgage program if:
(1) the person has served as a cadet at the United States Military, Air Force, or Coast Guard Academy or as a midshipman at the United States Naval Academy; and
(2) the person satisfies the requirements of 15 AAC 151.220(b) with respect to the duty described in (1) of this section.
As of Register 185 (April 2008), the regulations attorney made a technical revision under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), to 15 AAC 151.235.
