Article 2 - Alaska Housing Finance Corporation

Effective June 28, 1996, Register 138, 15 AAC 118.800 - 15 AAC 118.875 (relating to AHFC procurement) were repealed and the substance of those provisions took effect as 15 AAC 150.300 - 15 AAC 150.490. Under AS 36.30.015(f), AHFC procurement regulations are subject to the Administrative Procedure Act; therefore, the repeal of the chapter 118 regulations and the adoption of the chapter 150 regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law.

As of Register 130, July, 1994, the above regulations for Alaska Housing Finance Corporation which have been repealed, except for 15 AAC 118.800 - 15 AAC 118.875, have been readopted and can be found at 15 AAC 150 through 15 AAC 155.

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation regulations, exempt from the Administrative Procedure Act filing requirements by AS 18.56.088(a), have been voluntarily filed under AS 44.62.120. They have not been reviewed and approved by the Department of Law under AS 44.62.060, and do not fully conform to the Drafting Manual for Administrative Regulations (AS 44.62.050).

As of Register 78, the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation regulations which were formerly located in 3 AAC 92, have been transferred to 15 AAC 118 in recognition of the relocation made by ch. 106 SLA 1980.
