Under AS 44.62.125(b)(5), and to reflect Executive Order 109 (2003), relocating the Violent Crimes Compensation Board from the Department of Public Safety to the Department of Administration, the regulations attorney relocated the board's regulations to 2 AAC 80, as of Register 166 (July 2003).
