Upon written request, the commissioner will waive a requirement of this chapter, other than the requirements of 13 AAC 60.010(a) or 13 AAC 60.050(a), if the requester demonstrates to the commissioner's satisfaction that a waiver is consistent with AS 18.65.400-18.65.490 and with the protection of life and property.
As of Register 204 (January 2013), and under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), the regulations attorney made technical corrections to 13 AAC 60.850.
