(a) To be certified as a real estate appraiser by examination, an applicant must pass the following examination within the 24 months immediately preceding the date of certification:
(1) for general or
institutional certification, the Uniform State Certification Examination
endorsed by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of The Appraisal Foundation;
or
(2) for residential
certification, the Uniform State Residential Certification Examination endorsed
by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of The Appraisal Foundation.
(b) Repealed 1/16/2005.
