12 AAC 64.061 - License by endorsement

(a) A license which has lapsed, been suspended, been surrendered by a licensee for disciplinary reasons, or a license which has been limited in any way for disciplinary reasons is not considered valid and active for purposes of licensure by endorsement.
(b) A licensee who requests licensure by endorsement must submit a complete license history directly to the commission from the other licensing authorities.
(c) For purposes of licensure by endorsement, a valid and active license is a real estate license that is issued by another state and is equivalent to a license issued by this state. For the license to be considered active, the applicant for a license in this state must have met standards of activity and license status in the other state that are equivalent to the standards in this state for active licensure as provided in 12 AAC 64.080, 12 AAC 64.110, and AS 08.88.171.
