(a) An examination application received by the department will be reviewed by the board before the applicant will be approved to sit for the examination. An application will not be reviewed until all documents required by 12 AAC 60.010 have been received by the department. It is the responsibility of the applicant to assure that all documents are received by the department.
(b) Repealed 8/20/2004.
