Effective 1/16/98, Register 145, the regulations in this chapter were comprehensively reorganized. The history line at the end of each section does not reflect the history of that provision before 1/16/98, nor is the section numbering related to that of previous versions of this chapter. The regulations in this chapter first took effect on April 11, 1976, and appeared in Register 58; subsequent amendments were effective on December 17, 1976 (Register 60), May 24, 1981 (Register 78), September 30, 1981 (Register 79), July 22, 1982 (Register 83), August 12, 1982 (Register 83), August 24, 1985 (Register 95), July 21, 1988 (Register 107), July 31, 1988 (Register 107), November 17, 1989 (Register 112), April 29, 1991 (Register 118), September 11, 1992 (Register 123), August 26, 1996 (Register 139), January 16, 1997 (Register 141), and October 15, 1997 (Register 144). Regulations dealing with the marijuana therapeutic research program and the manufacture, distribution, prescription, dispensing, or conducting research with controlled substances were deleted as of Register 99 (October 1986). The previous regulations in this chapter may be reviewed at the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
