A licensee's registration and renewal certificate must be displayed in the office in which the holder practices optometry. Every licensee, whenever requested, shall exhibit the certificate to a member of the board or an employee of the department and shall notify the department and the board of his or her address and changes of his or her address within five days after any change.
As of Register 109, 12 AAC 48.040 was redesignated as 12 AAC 48.910. The history note for the section under its former number was carried forward to the new location.
