Every optometrist shall keep a record of examinations and visual analyses made and prescriptions issued and for whom the prescriptions were prepared. The record shall be preserved for a period of at least five years from the date services were rendered, except in the case of death of the patient.
As of Register 109, 12 AAC 48.060 was redesignated as 12 AAC 48.310. The history note for the section under its former number was carried forward to the new location.
