The board will deny certification to an applicant who has committed an act or omission that constitutes grounds for denial of certification under AS 08.68.334, or that would constitute unprofessional conduct by a certified nurse aide under 12 AAC 44.870, if the board determines that the gravity of that act or omission supports a denial of certification.
