Verification of current licensure, examinations or training of an applicant as required in 12 AAC 30.070 - 12 AAC 30.125, shall be certified or notarized documentation supplied to the department by
(1) another jurisdiction's licensing board; or
(2) when applicable, a licensed supervisor.
