12 AAC 28.910 - Denial of dental license

(a) The board will deny an application for a dental license by examination if the applicant does not meet the requirements of AS 08.36.110 and the applicable requirements of this chapter.

(b) The board will deny an application for a dental license by credentials if the applicant does not meet the requirements of AS 08.36.234 and the applicable requirements of this chapter.

(c) The board may deny an application for a dental hygiene license for the same reasons that the board may impose disciplinary sanctions upon a licensee under AS 08.36.315.

12 AAC 28.910 was originally adopted and filed as 12 AAC 28.300, effective April 8, 1979, Register 70. The section was renumbered to 12 AAC 28.910 in Register 106. The history note for 12 AAC 28.910 reflects the original effective date of the section 12 AAC 28.300.
