12 AAC 21.070 - Renewal; lapsed registration

(a) An applicant for renewal or reinstatement of a contractor registration shall submit
(1) a complete renewal application on a form
provided by the department;
(2) the
registration renewal and license enforcement support fee required under
12 AAC 02.180;
(3) evidence of current bonding as required
by AS
08.18.071;
(4) evidence of current public liability and
property damage insurance as required under
AS
08.18.101; and
(5) if applicable, evidence of workers'
compensation insurance as required under
AS
08.18.101.
(b) The department may require evidence of current bonding and insurance issued not earlier than 30 days before the date an application for renewal is submitted.
