Marital and family therapists licensed in this state, including those practicing distance professional services or teletherapy, shall adhere to the AAMFT Code of Ethics of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). (January 1, 2015 Revision) The AAMFT Code of Ethics is adopted by reference in this section.
