12 AAC 19.415 - Safety and confidentially and communication

(a) All forms of communications with clients including electronic communications, must comply with the requirements of 45 C.F.R Ports 160 and 164 regarding privacy, security, and breach for purposes of P.L 104-191 (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996),

(b) Licenses must endeavor to protect clients from unwanted interruptions during sessions involving synchronous distance professional services.
