(a) The board will, in its discretion, provide a theory syllabus to licensed schools of barbering, hairdressing, manicuring, and esthetics, outlining topics to be taught by the school and listing suggested textbooks to be used for instruction in the practice of barbering, hairdressing, manicuring, and esthetics.
(b) Repealed 12/6/2020.
