(a) The examination for an esthetician consists of the written examination entitled the National Education Test, sponsored by the National Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology.
(b) A passing grade on the written examination is 75 percent or above.
(c) Foreign language interpreters are not allowed in the examination room.
