(a) An ambulance must be present at the site of any program of professional boxing, wrestling, or martial arts involving full contact where the anticipated attendance is 4,000 persons or more. Where the anticipated attendance is 8,000 persons or more two ambulances must be present.
(b) Without regard to the size of the anticipated attendance, each promoter shall
(1) give notice of the time, date and site of
a boxing, wrestling, or martial arts program involving full contact to the
ambulance service or emergency medical service which is located nearest to the
site of the program and ascertain from the service the length of time required
for one of its ambulances to reach the site;
(2) give the notice required in (1) of this
subsection to the hospital nearest the site of the program and to the persons
in charge of its emergency room.
