(a) A contestant licensed by the commission who participates in a boxing contest outside Alaska shall take the physical examination required by 12 AAC 06.030(a) (4) again, before boxing in Alaska.
(b) The licensee shall report the results of the out-of-state contest to the commission upon returning to Alaska.
