12 AAC 06.035 - Club boxing license

(a) To qualify for a club boxing license an applicant must submit

(1) an application on a form provided by the commission;

(2) the fees required by AS 05.10.120;

(3) an official copy of the applicant's birth certificate, or a notarized copy of the applicant's driver's license on a form provided by the department verifying that the applicant is at least 21 years of age.

(b) An applicant over the age of 54 years will not be granted a club boxing license or have a license renewed unless special consideration is given by the commission to the applicant's physical condition.

(c) The commission will, in its discretion, order the examination of any club boxer at any time for the purpose of determining whether the club boxer is fit and qualified to engage in club boxing contests.
