12 AAC 04.520 - Disciplinary guidelines

(a) The board may impose greater or lesser penalties than those described under AS 08.04 and this section depending on the circumstances of a particular case, to the full extent of AS 08.01.075; AS 08.04.450. 08.04.470. and 08.04.480.
(b) The board may revoke a license, permit, or practice privilege if the holder of the license, permit, or practice privilege
