As used in AS 38.05.190(d)(2), and notwithstanding 11 AAC 88.185(1), "contiguous" means sharing a common boundary or a common corner.
As of Register 209 (April 2014), and acting under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), the regulations attorney made a technical change to 11 AAC 83.910.
