11 AAC 83.223 - Unitization

If all or part of a NPSL is included within a participating area of a unit, a cooperative drilling agreement, or other similar arrangement, such that production (in kind or in value) or expenses are attributed to the NPSL for activities of the unit, any formula or method of allocation governing the attribution of that production or expenses must be approved by the commissioner before it may take effect, unless that formula or other method of allocation is imposed and mandated by the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission under AS 31.
