Each bidder at a sale by sealed bid or public outcry auction, including online bidding, shall submit to the commissioner, other officer, or other entity authorized by the commissioner conducting the sale, the deposit and information required by 11 AAC 82.415 - 11 AAC 82.430 in accordance with instructions provided by the department.
