11 AAC 69.030 - Expenses of sale or appraisal

The department will document all "expenses of sale or appraisal" under AS 38.95.230(b). "Expenses of sale or appraisal" include
(1) publication and other advertising costs;
(2) attorney fees;
(3) appraisal costs;
(4) platting costs;
(5) survey costs; and
(6) rental costs for sale facilities.
